These Terms govern your use of myjoyway.com and purchases from JOYWAY. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the Site.

Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with Site security; introduce malicious code; or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Products, prices, and orders

We try to present descriptions, colors, availability, and prices accurately, but display differences and occasional errors may occur. Prices and promotions may change without notice. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or quantity limits. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Payment and taxes

You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping, duties, and fees are shown or determined as described at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping, returns, and warranties

The Site and its content—including JOYWAY names, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, and software—are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may use the Site only for personal, non-commercial shopping.

The Site may include services or links provided by Shopify and other third parties. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. We are not responsible for third-party sites we do not control.

Reviews and submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, feedback, or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and the content is lawful and non-infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with our business, subject to privacy law.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. JOYWAY and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or order giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

Changes and severability

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Mandatory consumer protections are not limited by these Terms.
